You must request a return or replacement within 3 days of the purchase date.
Returns or replacements will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong book has been delivered.

If more than 1 page has printing errors, binding issues, or physical damage.
If an incorrect book was delivered by mistake.
